Jasmine, could you maybe help me with something? I still haven't read By the Book because the kindle version is not available on amazon.de. Amazon is really unhelpful with this - do you have an idea what is going on? (It's my maybe naive thinking that it can't be to hard for a publishing company to upload an e-book?!)
